The Supplier Diversity Initiative of the Greater New York Hospital Association and the National Hispanic Chamber of Commerce on Health, “How to do business with Medical Centers and Hospitals” was launched through a Regional Supplier Diversity Forum on November 26, 2007 with the participation of nearly 70 business owners in attendance at a dinner and program.

Attendees included members of 100 Hispanic Women, the Asian American Business Development Center, the Bronx Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, the Brooklyn Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, the East Harlem Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, Hispanics in Real Estate and Construction, Long Island Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, Morris County Hispanic-American Chamber of Commerce, National Hispanic Business Group, the New York & New Jersey Minority Supplier Development Council and the Queens Hispanic Chamber of Commerce.
